High Pair Count Category 5e
Unshielded twisted pair (UTP) category 5e cable for use in backbone cabling systems as described in TIA/EIA 568-B. The cable consists of #24 AWG solid bare copper insulated conductors, assembled into 25 tightly twisted pairs, with a ripcord, under an overall jacket. These products and/or its manufacture are covered by US Patent Nos. 5821466 and 5424491.
